International Company for Human Resources BOD approves to move to main market
The International Company for Human Resources announced the unanimous decision of its Board of Directors approving the move to the main market.
The company will announce to its shareholders any future developments in this regard in due course.
Note that the move to the main market is subject to the approval of the Saudi Stock Exchange and is conditional on fulfilling all requirements stipulated in the listing rules.
